Kathleen Sebelius tried to avoid the question on why the legislation directly affecting our lives is not being read by our “representatives,” hoping the question would go away. Apparently she forgot about the non-“stimulus” debacle. However, Arlen Specter didn’t let it go there. He still had to jump in to claim that “we have to make judgments very fast”.
