On Friday about 33,000 Pennsylvania state workers will get paychecks that include only 70% of their scheduled payment. Later this month another 44,000 will get checks reflecting only 20 percent. Perhaps he should have employed some sound fiscal governing before it came to this.

Check out Rendell in his own words: “They should put a statue of me on their mantle.”
