Because his extremely poor judgement has exposed his mental state as possibly not being fit for command. Because he traveled to Argentina on the people's dime so he could hang out in bars with his "friend" in Argentina. When a person's "persoanl life" causes the people who have intrusted them to lose that trust and confidence in their honesty and abilities to govern it is time to go. Public officials represent the public. If the public of SC believes this man should go, we....adios (as they say in Argentina).
