There's too much noise in the field and serving for a few months, then announcing a presidential bid (as he would have to do) looks far too opportunistic. Plus, if his Presidential aspirations plane crashed early after Huckabee stole his gasoline from his jet, along with all the other 2nd and 3rd teer candidates presidential planes to fly him to the big leagues, does he really have a chance of fixing up the wreck, getting fuel and getting it off the ground in a race between Romney 3.0 , Huckabee 2.0, Palin 2.0, Jindal 1.0, Sanford 1.0, and IN governor Daniels 1.0 (Won 1/4 democrats, 1/5 african americans, speeks spanish and won where Obama won)and who knows who else????
