OH SHUT UP. This is not alright, teen pregnancy is NOT alright, WHICH EVER WAY YOU SPIN. This girl was irresponsible, to young, and has now made it more difficult for herself to go to college.

There isnt an arguement here, there is simply a fact, it is hypocracy that Christians say oh it’s ok to have a baby out of wedlock as long as you don’t abort.
That’s bull. As the christian community (I’m LDS), we need to establish teenage pregnancy is wrong and should be discourage, this is a fact and should not be twisted to our convenience by saying, well it’s ok if the teenager is pregnant if she’s the VP of our party.
Seriously Gary, it’s alright if we are both republicans, but please have some morals other than saying “my morals are whatever the republicans want it to be for that time”.
Jason, maybe you were right earlier in the year, Romney should have been VP. We wouldnt have this mess and a DUI on our heads.
I have yet to read anyone say teen pregnancy is OK. Please step down off your high horse. As a fellow member of the ‘Christian community’ (though i would say your statements make me question your using that term…and let us not get started down the road of who are and are not Christians, PLEASE) I would say this situation should be handled with grace. Her daughter messed up by getting pregnant. Human beings are flawed, she just as the rest of us. The only people i can find Jesus publicly attacking in scripture are the self-righteous pharisees. Perhaps everyone of faith should put their faith ahead of their party and it would work better…johnnyREPUBLICAN

As for my mistaking you for a faux Republican… all I can see is that your comments are constantly negative towards Repubs (except Romney), and generally positive towards Dems. If you’re truly a Republican, then I offer my most profound apologies (and, I’ll eat my houndstooth cap).

To Dave: I was actually against Romney being VP, as I am still now. Jason had said earlier that they may have been a possibility of such but I always overwhelmingly opposed such a thing because mccain and romney hate each other. I am just saying looking at this in hindsight, maybe Romney should have token this job. And Palin is a joke. As a republican, I would have loved to Pawlenty or Thompson on the ticket.

I don’t think you realize that this post isn’t about you. It’s about the PHOTO, hence Dave’s comment about thet glasses.
This is also not the place for a narrow-sighted soap box rant about Palin and her family. It’s a sad moment for me when I feel compelled to defend my own religion from other members of it because of their ignorant and/or blind judgments of others. You’re comments make you sound like you really need to pull your head out of the sand for a big reality check.
