In what seemed to be a brilliantly calculated move, Barack Obama began his Wisconsin primary victory speech just after Hillary Clinton began making her own speech in Ohio. The news channels were all focused on Hillary, but perhaps sensing that Hillary would again fail to admit defeat (she made no such admission) or even congratulate Obama on his victory (she didn’t), Obama began speaking…and promptly stole all the media attention, as the networks clamored to switch to the Obama show. It was a no-brainer for the newsies – the always eloquent and inspiring Obama was the easy choice over Hillary, the 10-time loser. Perhaps Hillary’s persistence in the face of repeated landslide losses has begun to annoy more than just the voters, the Democratic party, and her supporters.
