		<description>Publix supermarkets in Florida and Georgia is now offering basic antibiotics for free.  Wal-Mart has them for 4 bucks a script as does Target.  In case you don&#039;t have a day job with a health plan Phil.  Sort of a GOP version of national health care: If its free, or near-free, from the private sector its a good thing.</description>
