As some of you know, I also post over at the First Friday blog and co-host the First Friday Podcast. What you may not know is we actually have someone in Iowa blogging on the caucus from the media spin room in Des Moines, Phil A Buster from the podcast.
In the interest of full disclosure, we didn’t pay his trip, he’s there on behalf of different media organization, but far be it from us to not take advantage of that situation.
Anyway, thought you might be interested in a first-hand report from the ground out there, even though Iowa is notorious for being indicative of nothing.
Sorry for the shameless self-promotion, we now return you to our regularly scheduled programming.

Where’s the goofy picture? No wise cracks? Getting enough sleep Phil?
Actually, no. For Christmas I got socks and bronchitis. But tonight I should be back to normal. You have to love antibiotics!
I got a nasty sinus infection myself, between that, your bronchitis, and Jason’s virus, germs must have forged an alliance with their electronic virus counterparts to get us all sick.
Wow. I sounded like Dennis Kucinich just then!
Kucinich’s socialized medicine plan has no treatment for sounding like him. In fact, they have a plan to cause that. If it came with a wife that looks like his…
Sign me up if she comes with the plan!
Publix supermarkets in Florida and Georgia is now offering basic antibiotics for free. Wal-Mart has them for 4 bucks a script as does Target. In case you don’t have a day job with a health plan Phil. Sort of a GOP version of national health care: If its free, or near-free, from the private sector its a good thing.
It’s a vast Left-Wing Conspiracy!!!
