		<description>some stats that i found REALLY surprising were that al gore was elected and reelected to his senate seat with 60.7 and 69.6 percent of the vote respectively, whereas fred thompson only won that same seat with 61.4 and 60.4 percent. i had no idea gore used to be so popular in tennessee, even more than fred.</description>

I think his handlers beat him to death with the idea that he could just throw his name on the ballot and they would see to it that he won. His heart isn&#039;t in this. You can see it.</description>
